Which shoe is the best for running,nike shox saya,asics gel kayano 15, or under armour proto speed.?

   When I was in middle school and high school, I ran both track and cross country in Asics and Nike.

   If you’re going to be running on a lot of concrete get a shoe with shock absorbency

   Be sure to get it 1/2-1 size bigger than you normally wear, and get a shoe with proper arch support.

   When you try on your shoe run around a little bit-don’t be afraid of looking like a dork.
